REFUND POLICY
At July Summers, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds or replacements if:
* Your item arrives damaged or defective (must include photo proof within 7 days of delivery).
* You receive the wrong item (photo evidence required).
* Your order does not arrive within 30 business days (according to tracking info).
Refunds Not Available If:
* You change your mind after placing the order.
* You provided an incorrect or incomplete address.
* The item is marked as delivered by the courier but goes missing after delivery.
* It’s been more than 7 days since the item was delivered and no issue was reported.
Exchanges and Replacements
If your item is damaged, incorrect, or faulty, we’re happy to send you a free replacement. Just send us an email with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Processing Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. We’ll notify you by email once your refund is processed.
